Use RehearseCare for drills, not patient care.
These terms cover account use, training records, billing, and the current pilot service. A signed agreement controls if its terms differ.
Use RehearseCare for simulated training
Use the service for emergency rehearsals, after-action reviews, quality-improvement follow-up, and readiness documentation. Do not use it as a patient chart or clinical decision tool.
Keep patient information out
Use fictional details in every scenario and record. Do not enter patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, diagnoses, contact details, or other patient identifiers.
Review scenarios before use
The facility is responsible for reviewing scenario content against its protocols, medical direction, staffing, equipment, and local conditions before running a drill.
Check each drill before counting it
Match the plan item, scenario, exercise type, and finished record to the current requirements for your facility.
Protect workspace access
Account holders should use their own credentials and limit workspace access to authorized staff. Do not share a facilitator or participant link beyond the intended exercise group.
Complete your vendor review
Before organizational use, review the security, privacy, retention, support, and contract terms required by your facility. Put any negotiated terms in a signed services or data-processing agreement.
Use the account responsibly
Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service; upload malicious material; impersonate another person; or use RehearseCare in a way that violates law or another person’s rights. We may limit access to protect the product, customers, or data.
Pilot service level
The current pilot has no published uptime or disaster-recovery commitment. Export any records you must retain and keep your emergency-preparedness documentation process available outside the service.
Billing, renewal, and refunds
A Single Drill purchase covers one non-cancelled drill for one facility. A Founding Facility purchase covers one facility for one year. The invoice, checkout page, or signed order lists the amount, access period, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms. Access begins after payment.
Record ownership and export
The facility keeps its rights in information it enters. RehearseCare keeps its rights in the software, design, and provided scenario materials. A facility may print and export its records for its own training, quality-improvement, and documentation needs.
